Szymanski Wellness

Licensed Massage Therapy

Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist (Vodder Technique)

Using proven techniques like Gua Sha, Trigger Point Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Stretching to solve problems, reduce pain and guide the body in healing.

I like using a deeper pressure for most massages. I think it is important to spend time warming and working the muscles to prepare for the deep pressure. I am always looking to meet you where you are at then push you slightly further. There is no one size fits all in massage and I can always do more, or less pressure once communicated.

Creating boundaries using draping techniques and experience to make sure you feel comfortable on the table at all times. Checking in on my client whether it be pressure or if someone is comfortable with an area to be worked on. Building trust is important to me and makes for a long standing professional relationship.

Pacific College of Health and Science

Having a deeper understanding of the body is important for any healing practice and I want to share my experience and skills with you.

A background of both eastern and western modalities allows me to approach each problem uniquely. It's great to have a different perspective with which to address their issues.

The styles I practice are Tui Na, Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy and Clinical Massage. I also use Chinese Medicine tools such as Gua-Sha scraping tools

There are parallels between eastern and western medicine. One viewpoint being correct doesn’t make the other viewpoint inherently incorrect. Being able to answer your health questions from either viewpoint is a part of my style of Massage Therapy.

Addressing your issues and making meaningful progress in your wellness brings me joy.

I go into every session intending to give you the best experience I can regardless of whether or not you tip. If you find that I provide exceptional service tips are always appreciated.

A well known secret of most high-end studios is that when buying a one hour session you are only receiving 50 minutes hands on time. When you purchase a 60 minute massage from me you get 60 minutes hands on along with a complementary pre and post consultation. These short consultations are particularly important during the first few sessions where we will do a short postural analysis to determine how I can focus on certain areas to make the best use of our time.

I don’t offer different service packages such as a cupping session or deep tissue. I incorporate any technique as needed to tailor each session to you. Every person has a unique body and lifestyle, and I customize every massage to meet your specific needs. If you would like to try any service listed, just ask.
