Szymanski Wellness
Licensed Massage Therapy
CMLDT (Vodder Technique)
Using proven techniques like Gua Sha, Trigger Point Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Stretching to solve problems, reduce pain and guide the body in healing.
I use a deeper pressure for most of the massage and will spend time warming and working the muscles before hand. Where as some may say it is painful I prefer to say it's intense, I don't show up to put you into pain. I am always looking to meet you where you are at then push you further from there. There is no one size fits all in massage.
Creating boundaries using proper draping techniques and experience to make sure you feel comfortable on the table at all times. Checking in on my client whether it be pressure or if someone is comfortable with an area to be worked on. Building trust is important to me and makes for a long standing professional relationship.
Pacific College of Health and Science
Having a deeper understanding of the body is important for any healing practice and I want to share my experience and skills with you.
A background of both eastern and western modalities allows me to approach each problem uniquely. It's great to have a different perspective with which to address their issues.
The styles I practice are Tui Na, Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy and Clinical Massage. I also use Chinese Medicine tools such as Gua-Sha scraping tools
There are parallels between eastern and western medicine. One viewpoint being correct doesn’t make the other viewpoint inherently incorrect. Being able to answer your health questions from either viewpoint is a part of my style of Massage Therapy.
Addressing your issues and making meaningful progress in your wellness brings me joy.
